Becky Snyder is a licensed General Contractor, Realtor, and designer. Growing up in the business she has found a love and appreciation for the Construction industry. She is the driving force behind Loomis Construction.

Becky is our social butterfly and helps keep us involved in our community. She loves spending time with her two boys and husband in her down time.

Company namesake Ken Loomis is not only a General Contractor, but Master Electrician. He started early in the construction industry at age 14 as a Journeyman for his family's electric company in Florida. Being a part of the industry for over 50 years, Ken has built homes in Florida, Georgia, & now Tennessee. Kenny was awarded Builder of the Year in 2010 and was a Past President of the Home Builders Association of Sevier County.

If you’re hoping to spot a bear or an eagle in the Smoky Mountains, just follow Ken! He’s a talented songwriter and enjoys golfing in his free time.

Sharon has been a part of Loomis Construction from the beginning. As Ken navigated through the business, Sharon has been his side kick all along! Sharon has served as Executive Officer for Home Builder’s Association in Sevier County from 2009-2014 until the Sevier County Association blended in with the Greater Knoxville Association.

Sharon is highly involved in her church community and loves spending time with her four grandchildren.

Nate began his construction career in 2004 working for Habitat for Humanity in Lexington, KY. In 2014 he moved on to residential remodeling, specializing in high end, turn-key services. As our Chief Estimator, Nate is usually the first point of contact and helps clients navigate the process of building in the Smoky Mountains.

Nate is a talented singer/songwriter and loves fly fishing for trout in his off time.

Elizabeth joined the Construction Industry as our Office Manager after 16 years of banking.

Liz enjoys reading and volunteering at her daughters’ school.
